Gift from Eve (After Dark)
Charlotte cakes! I confess my ignorance - until reading everyone's posts on them, I had never heard of a charlotte cake before. But now I have two from Eve at After Dark. And such lovelies! The fruit makes my mouth water. Eve, thank you very much!

ReplyDeleteNow you have to try a real charlotte cake. I am laughing because Peiwen sent me French macaroons. I have read about them and Laudree on everyone's blogs but I have never had the chance to try one.
My first taste of charlotte cake was a lemon one. I will never forget it!!! The filling was so very light and cloud fluffy. it had a very strong taste of lemons which I loved.
Your mini food collection sure seem to be multiplying today. :-)
